Shipping and Terms

TeamBarFridge uses various third party carriers to deliver your purchases. We select carriers that have proven to be reliable and can offer timely delivery with low risk of damage.

Please note that all items are delivered under an Authority To Leave advice. If you are not home when the delivery attempt is made, the driver will leave the item in a safe area at your nominated delivery address.

Once we have delivered your item, we accept no liability for theft or damage.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your purchase as soon as possible after delivery. If your item has been damaged in transit, please call us on 1300 936 893 so that we can organise a replacement. Any claim must be made within 5 days of delivery.

No Returns
We offer great prices and free shipping, which is a significant cost. Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges.
